The deal between you and Hensley Built. Read it. Then we work.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Hensley Built Coaching ("we," "us"). By submitting an application, paying for any program, or using the materials inside it, you agree to these Terms.
If you don't agree, don't apply, don't pay, and don't use the materials. That is the cleanest path for everyone.
Hensley Built offers three coaching programs:
Specific deliverables for each program are described on the program's page and in your onboarding materials. We may adjust elements of the programs from time to time. Anything that materially reduces what you've paid for will be communicated in advance.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You must answer the application honestly. If we accept you into the Brotherhood or The Few based on materially false information, we may end the program without refund.
We reserve the right to decline any application, for any reason, at any time.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge listed at checkout or in your acceptance email.
One-time payment. Charged at checkout. Materials delivered immediately.
Paid in full at acceptance, or split into two installments (50% at month 0, 50% at month 3) at no additional cost. Failed installments may pause your access until resolved.
Paid in full at acceptance, or split 50/50 (month 0 and month 6) at no additional cost. Failed installments may pause your access until resolved.
Read this carefully. Different programs have different refund windows. Once you pay, you're agreeing to these terms.
7-day full refund window. Email eric@hensleybuilt.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, the materials are yours and the sale is final.
30-day work-the-program guarantee. If, within your first 30 days, you can show us you ran the protocol — daily check-ins, weekly calls attended, food logged — and you are not seeing progress, we will refund every dollar paid. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable, but you keep access to whatever you've paid for.
Non-refundable after the onboarding intensive. Because of the seat-cap and the deep work each client requires, The Few is non-refundable once your onboarding intensive begins. We do not accept anyone we do not believe will finish. If you withdraw, we will work with you in good faith on remaining payments — but no portion already paid will be returned.
Chargebacks are not a substitute for our refund process. Initiating a chargeback in bad faith — after using the materials or services — may result in collections action and termination of the program.
Hensley Built is not a medical provider. We are coaches. Nothing on this site or in our programs is medical, psychological, or nutritional advice as practiced by a licensed professional.

You participate at your own risk. Outcomes vary. Eric's results — and any results shared by past clients — are not promises of what you will achieve. The variable that matters most is what you do, every day, when no one is watching.
Hensley Built is a community of men trying to lead their bodies, marriages, and faith better. To protect that, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the program without refund for harassment, abuse, doxxing, or other serious misconduct.
All program materials — the Playbook PDF, the Macro Calculator, the Tracker, the Devotional, training plans, video lessons, community content, and the writing on this site — are the intellectual property of Hensley Built Coaching.
When you pay for a program you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own training. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or use them to build a competing coaching offer. You may share occasional snippets on social media as long as you credit @hensley.built.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hensley Built and its principals are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of income, loss of data, or physical injury — arising out of your participation in the programs or your use of this site.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your participation in a program will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration in Tennessee, or in a Tennessee state or federal court if arbitration is unavailable.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

These Terms may be updated as the business grows. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced to active clients by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
