01 · Who We Are

This site is operated by Hensley Built Coaching ("Hensley Built," "we," "us"). We provide one-to-one and group fitness, mindset, and faith-based coaching to married entrepreneurs. The business is based in Tennessee, USA.

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and through the applications, payments, and conversations that flow from it. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to this policy.

02 · What We Collect

We only collect what we need to evaluate your fit, run the coaching, and process payment.

You give us directly

Identity: first and last name, email, mobile phone, age, city/state.
Application content: answers to the questions on our Brotherhood and Few applications — including weight, health flags, business and income range, marriage status, faith stance, and the personal context you choose to share.
Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Coaching communication: emails, text messages, and call notes generated while you are working with us.

Collected automatically

Site analytics: basic page-load data, device type, referrer. Used in aggregate, never tied to your name.
Local storage: we use your browser's local storage to remember which program tier you've looked at so the application form pre-loads correctly. You can clear this any time from your browser settings.

03 · How We Use It

To evaluate your application and reply personally.
To deliver the program you've signed up for — calls, materials, check-ins.
To process your payment and send receipts.
To send the onboarding texts and emails you opted into.
To make the site work, find bugs, and improve it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

We use a small set of third-party tools to run the business. Each one only sees what it needs to do its job, and each is bound by its own privacy terms:

Stripe — payment processing.
Formspree — receives and forwards application form submissions.
Calendly — booking the 30-minute call for The Few applicants.
Email + SMS providers — for transactional and coaching messages.

We will also share information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our staff, or third parties.

05 · Cookies & Tracking

This site uses a minimal set of cookies and local-storage entries to remember your program selection between pages. We are not running aggressive ad-tracking or remarketing pixels on this site. If that ever changes, this policy is updated first.

06 · Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number on an application or checkout, you are consenting to receive transactional text messages related to your coaching — onboarding, scheduling, check-ins, receipts. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You'll still get email-based communication required to run the program you've paid for.

07 · Your Rights

You can:

Ask what personal data we have about you.
Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
Ask us to delete your data (subject to record-keeping required by tax or payment-processor rules).
Unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
Stop text messages by replying STOP.

Email us at eric@hensleybuilt.com with any of the above and we'll act on it inside 14 days.

08 · Security

We take reasonable steps — encryption in transit, restricted access, secure third-party providers — to protect your information. No system is bulletproof, and we can't promise zero risk, but we'll never be careless with what you share.
